Illegal Released Twice by the Feds Shoots and Kills Underage Girl Carrying His Unborn Son
When liberals question why conservatives have been demanding a more secure border and strict immigration laws, we need only point to the case of Armando Garcia-Ramires.
Garcia-Ramires, 35, was an illegal alien from Mexico who allegedly shot and killed 15-year-old Jennifer Delgado, who was nine months pregnant with his child, according to the Houston Chronicle.
What’s worse was that Garcia-Ramires — like so many other illegal aliens — had been arrested and released by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, not once but twice, under former President Barack Obama’s administration.
The illegal alien was first arrested in January of 2011 in San Antonio, Texas, but he was released a month later, according to ICE spokeswoman Nina Pruneda.
In April 2016, Garcia-Ramires was again arrested by ICE officials — and once again he was released the next month.
Shortly thereafter, he impregnated Delgado — with whom he already had a son — before allegedly shooting her multiple times in the head nine months later, taking her life and the life of their unborn child.

After the murder, Garcia-Ramires reportedly attempted suicide by shooting himself in the mouth, according to My San Antonio, but he was unsuccessful. After he was treated at a hospital, he was taken to the Bexar County jail where he faces two capital murder charges.
This alleged murderer should have never been in our country in the first place, but thanks to President Obama’s “catch-and-release” program, he was able to stay here even after immigration officials had twice arrested him.
Tragedies like this are exactly the reason conservatives have been adamant about securing our borders and enforcing our immigration laws.
