If States are the “Laboratories of Democracy,” Then Young Frankenstein Runs California

While California burns, Gov. Newsom signs new bills banning “lunch shaming,” ending fur sales, and implementing the nation’s broadest gun seizure laws.

California regularly experiences Santa Ana conditions that can spread wildfires. Major wildfires have occurred since 2003 that have ravaged various regions of the state causing significant loss of life, property, and resources.

Despite the science behind the fires, state politicians still promote the climate crisis agenda and not moving toward meaningful solutions.

Now, at least three citizens have died in the most recent blazes.

The fires that have hit Southern California have been linked to three deaths as officials on Sunday continue to gain ground.

In the Saddleridge fire that swept across the San Fernando Valley foothills, a man in his late 50s died after suffering a heart attack while talking with firefighters early Friday.

In the Sandalwood fire that burned dozens of mobile homes in Calimesa, two people died.

Instead of focusing on truly urgent matters, our governor and legislators have been trying to increase their virtue signaling capacity.
