Member of EU parliament praises Canadian truckers’ ‘determination to stand up for freedom’

(LifeSiteNews) — Member of the European Parliament (MEP) Christine Anderson has voiced her support for the Freedom Convoy in Ottawa.
“Dear Canadians,” the German MEP said, “do not give up, you are [on] the right path, and many people around the world are with you.”
she said that when “the government is afraid of the people, that is what you call democracy. If the people are afraid of government, however, that’s what you call a tyranny.”
